We provide comprehensive, personalized instruction for unique learners and their families.
We provide comprehensive, personalized instruction for unique learners and their families.
BRIDGES CHRISTIAN LEARNING CENTER, INC; was founded by teachers who see a need for an individualized curriculum tailored for our unique learners.
We are committed to partnering with our students to give them the confidence to succeed in a nurturing environment that embraces Christian principles and values.
We accept the Step Up for Students, the FES, and the FES-UA scholarships.
All of our teachers are certified in multiple fields, and the majority have been teaching for over 15 years. Our staff believes in creating an encouraging and positive learning environment to experience growth, not only academically but also in self esteem and confidence.
Our classes are small and our curriculum is built around the specific needs of the student. Our teachers are intuitive and highly trained to address the areas that may need reinforcement. We offer Educational Therapy through NILD (National Institute for Learning Development) and the Feurstein Method of mediation.
One on one tutoring and after school help is available.
We are a private, Christian school offering low student-teacher ratios, and tutoring to foster academic success in students from elementary to high school ages.

This program is a unique one to one intervention program for struggling learners. NILD-trained educational therapists use a variety of techniques to enhance a student's ability to learn. This intervention program is a language-based educational therapy that targets areas of weakness in processing, memory, attention, math and the language arts of reading, writing and spelling.
The Feuerstein method teaches the skill of learning how to learn. This method combines a unique set of exercises and mediation in order to identify a student's potential to learn and enhance it. Giving students the tools they need to learn helps them reach beyond what they originally thought was possible.
These exercises teach students cognitive strategies, problem-solving skills, and real-life applications.

http://www.dcf.state.fl.us/abuse/report/.
Signs of Physical Abuse
The child may have unexplained bruises, welts, cuts, or other injuries; broken bones; or burns. A
